Each course handout is designed and written for use, both during the training program and afterward, as a reference guide. Major principles are re-enforced with case studies, exhibits, and practical exercises taken from our outstanding training library. We continue to review and update our training materials to reflect changes in theories, concepts, policies, procedures and regulations. In our revision, we make any necessary modifications based on the feedback we receive from the clients.

We offer active, dynamic training not typical classroom style in which trainers speak and trainees’ listen-instead our training is characterized by the following:

Moderate Level of Content In designing our training programs, we are careful to allow time to introduce, apply, discuss and review key principles and concepts. This selective approach prevents trainees from becoming bored with excessively detailed material, and permits them to focus on critical learning areas. With a solid foundation or essential concepts, the trainees can later learn more details from the reading section, which are usually provided in our trainees’ manuals. 




Balance between Affective, Behavioral and Cognitive Learning
As active training, our trainers are keen to use a solid approach during training to assure:

Our trainers employ a wide assortment of training methods to maintain trainees’ interest and to minimize “down-time” when energy is low. Our trainers are convinced by the fact that people learn in different ways so they may need to switch their training techniques several times while working with a particular group of adult learners.

We believe that group participation transforms training from a passive into an active process. We try to keep lectures to a minimum, instead favoring the highly participatory methods of role playing, simulated exercises, and case discussions. We utilize the most up-to-date training instruments which proven to be very effective.

4- Utilization of Participants’ Expertise as Motivation for Learning:

We expect and encourage trainees to actively participate in discussions and to introduce their personal experiences. The trainer can sharpen good ideas or habits, and can correct any errors in knowledge or perception, which may emerge during the discussion. Utilizing personal experiences motivates trainees to participate fully.

5- Real Life Problem Solving:

Training programs emphasize the real world. Opportunities are available for participants to utilize the course content to address and help to solve actual job challenges. We encourage trainees to participate the skill of “Brainstorming”, or generating ideas and options in a group process.

Application is thus a major focus of our training activities, so those
participants immediately see the value of their training experience.

6- Action Planning:

We expect trainees to ask, “Now what?” for the future training program.
To provide a clear answer to that question. We include an action planning section so that participants will by aware of applying what they have learned. FEKRA provides active training so that clients can return to
their jobs and overcome the obstacles which may face them as they implement the new ideas and methods they learned in training program.

Completion Certificates:Upon completion of each program, Fekra issues a certificate of completion if there is no assessment made other than trainees’ satisfactory participation form in the training activities. In order to receive this certificate, the trainee must attend at least 75% of the program’s instructional meetings, as normally described at each program opening.
